Hoewever due to the ship lacking one of its thrusters, Yudias can only use two Monster zones and two Spell & Trap card zones. Drama-Preserving Handicap: In his duel against Rovian, he uses the Valvelgear as his duel disk due to his own being stolen by Yuna. Zwijo restores him at the end of Episode 24. Distressed Dude: In Episode 21, his attempt to retrieve his duel disk from Yuna saw him getting turned into a shirt to dry out, under the captivity of the Rovian Bandits. Disproportionate Retribution: What type of punishment does Yuhi deserve for kindly trying to open Yudias's Rush Duel booster packs? Electrocution in front of an entire crowd of 8.88 million people!. Yuga is the creator of Rush Duels who plays a Spellcaster-centric deck that includes monsters of other types whereas Yudias is an alien soldier who initially has little knowledge regarding Rush Duels and whose deck is comprised solely of Galaxy monsters. He's also this to Yuga Ohdo, the protagonist of the previous series. In addition, while his name contains "Yu" like other protagonists, Yudias's lacks the kanji 遊 associated with the sound. To every previous protagonists by virtue of being an alien rather than a human from Earth. Cat Boy: In his human form, without his cap on, Yudias is revealed to have two pointy ear-like bumps on top of his head, which resemble cat ears. Justified, as he is a newcomer to Duel Monsters. Captain Obvious: He explains to his people that Rush Duels are turn-based, after Yuamu stops him from drawing during Yuhi's turn. 
By the Power of Grayskull!: He exclaims "Velgear Riva!" when shedding his Earth disguise to reveal his real form.Transamu Rainac is so powerful it breaks normal stat conventions. Badass Normal: Not Yudias, who as a Velgian has Combo Platter Powers, but his monsters are largely Normal Monsters with no effects and high ATK, including his two ace monsters.

Following a meeting with the Ohdo twins, he joins UTS in order to learn more about Rush Duels. A soldier from the Velgear Star Cluster who fled to Earth alongside 8.88 million of his countrymen.
